privilege. This overdraft privilege allows you to overdraw
your account up to $500.00 and we will continue to pay your
checks.

Funds checks.
- Avoid the potential hassle of having a check
returned.
A $30.00 Non-Sufficient Funds fee will be
charged for every check paid into a negative balance. Contact
your local Capital Bank office for a complete listing of
terms and conditions. New accounts must be open and in
good standing for 30 days before overdraft privilege is
activated.
