CONTACT: Capital Bank wins 2010 Business Support of the Arts Award United Arts Council honors Capital Bank for contributions to the arts Raleigh, N.C. — Feb. 2, 2010 — Capital Bank is the proud recipient of the 2010 Business Support of the Arts Award from the United Arts and the Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce. Capital Bank received the award in the large business category for outstanding contributions to the arts in the Triangle area. Capital Bank supports the Raleigh arts community through sponsorship and advocacy. President and CEO B. Grant Yarber is active in the downtown Raleigh renaissance and has leading roles with organizations including North Carolina Theatre, North Carolina Symphony and the North Carolina Museum of History.
