Capital Bank Names New Community Executive
Fifteen-year banking veteran takes new role

Raleigh, NC – July 9, 2007 - Capital Bank today announced that Todd Warrick has been named as Senior Vice President and North Wake Community Executive.  Warrick is a proven leader and successful manager with a history of achieving growth in the North Wake Community where he has spent his entire 15-year banking career.

“I have been very fortunate in my professional career thus far to work with an incredible client base and staff members,” said Warrick. “It is great to work with an organization such as Capital Bank where everyone feels as though we are on the same team.”

Originally from Smithfield, North Carolina, Warrick is a graduate of Campbell University where he received a degree in business administration and from the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University. He is very active in the Wake Forest community in such organizations as the YMCA, the Koinonia Foundation and in the past has served as Chair of the Board of the Wake Forest Chamber of Commerce. Warrick is also a recipient of the 2005 Triangle Business Journal’s Top 40 Under 40 Leadership Award.  He and his wife Christy live in Wake Forest and they have two children.
